These routes are displayed in a separate page using Google maps which show mile markers, allow you to zoom in/out and also have satelite views.

Run 1. Traditional handicap route
4 Miles flat through town centre and back along waterfront.
Starting at the back of the club house, run about 2 miles to Cairndhu Avenue. Turn down toward the waterfront and run back along Clyde Street to Henry Bell Street. Once over the railway bridge, turn left and head back to the starting point.

Run 2. Blackhill
5 Miles with a long challenging hill through farm/forestry track with beautiful views of the Clyde.
Starting at Kidston Park, run toward Rhu and start climbing the hill at Pier Road. turn left onto Station Road and keeping climbing to reach a farm road which leads to a forestry road. Follow that to the back to Hill House. Make your way back to Sinclair Street and after the train station, go left and right along the streets till you reach West Montrose Street. Head back to Kidston.
Run 3. Glen Fruin
14 Miles with long challenging hills through country road with beautiful hills and lochs.
Starting at Kidston Park, run toward Sinclair Street climbing the hill in a zigzag fashion through the residential area. Once on Sinclair Street, continue out of town and turn left onto the Glen Fruin Road. After the downhill, it is fairly flat for about 3 miles. After the battle monument, go up and down the steep hill with views over the Arrochar Alps and down the Gareloch and Clyde. When you reach Faslane naval base, turn Left and take the footpath along the Gareloch through Rhu and back to Kidston Park.
