Club Training Groups
Within Helensburgh AAC there are a number of training groups of differing ability. There are the A and B groups who follow a structured programme which is posted monthly in Training Schedules. There is a C group who are more flexible with their sessions, often a group decides on a steady run of 5 miles or less. Beginners are welcome to come along and try any group, the groups define the sessions, but you can change between groups each night if you wish.
