HAAC caters for all standards of athlete/jogger, whether you want to train for a 10K, Half marathon, Full marathon, jog to keep fit, or take part in Cross Country, Hill Running or Track and Field Events. A yoga class has started on Monday nights.
Our Ladies Jogging group has grown over the years, and a beginners
section will start each year, usually in March, to train for
the Glasgow Britannia Women's 10K. The beginners section in
training schedules show how you can reach that goal.
After that, many go on to run either the Great Scottish Run (Glasgow Half Marathon) or the 10K which is run in conjunction with the Half Marathon.

The Seniors meet at the Club House every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30p.m. so don't be afraid
to come and join us. It can be daunting at first but you will be made welcome - we've all been there.
We also have a very active social calendar. Events which are organised
on an annual basis are a Burns Supper/Ceilidh; an autumn Ceilidh/dance;
a Christmas Dance/social and not forgetting the New Year Day run
(and post-run social of course!). These are our main annual events,
but we also have impromtu get togethers, BBQ's etc
